Prolific Community Resources has been serving individuals in the Greensboro area since 2016. Our Residential Facilities are made up of highly skilled paraprofessionals who deeply value your health and wellbeing. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality, person-centered care and education.
Proactive and preventative measures help keep our community healthier, and we work with that idea in mind. Serenity House is one of our Residential Facilities that serves children ages 8-18. We are a state licensed facility that provides assistance with aquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to activities of daily living.

Our capacity is 4 Beds
Eligibility
Serenity House serves adolescents with a primary I/DD diagnosis with NC medicaid services.
Staff
Serenity house is supervised 24/7 with a staff ratio of 2:4. Our staff are all professional, loving, and caring individuals with experience. Our staff are trained and certified in CPR, First Aid, NCI, Medication Managment, and Seizure Management.
